After the huge success of our family fun last year, we are going even bigger and better this year!

Join us at Blackwell Meadows on Saturday May 16th for a full day and night of entertainment for all the family. As last year, we have giant inflatables, as well as food and drink vendors. Additionally we have live music throughout the day, face-painting, rugrats rugby and many more exciting activities to be announced in the coming weeks

For rugby fans, we are proud to announce that Wooden Spoon charity are bringing teams to take part in mens and women's vets, and an open age game against DRFC mens 1st XV. Alongside the main pitch we will have a DJ, BBQ and outside bars to keep the party going until the evening, where entertainment will be provided by the hugely talented local band, Decades.

This event is being organised by TeamLuke Foundation which is a local registered charity whose main aims include trying to make a difference in the world of children’s cancer. The foundation is completely volunteer-operated, and was set up as a legacy to Luke Bell, who sadly lost his battle to High Risk Neuroblastoma in 2018 at just 8 years old. All money raised from the day will go to TeamLuke Foundation and Wooden Spoon.
